After staring up at the ceiling while millions of thoughts go through my mind, I manage to wiggle my way out of bed. I put on my pink fluffy slippers and burgundy robe and head downstairs. I find another note on the kitchen island, and it doesn’t scare me this time. To be frank, I’m expecting them now. I maybe even anticipate them.
